The bonds are listed on the Chongwa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange Co., Ltd. Tai'an Financial Holdings Group Limited Company has its business operations primarily conducted in Tai'an City, Shandong Province and the group's operation primarily consists of five major segments, namely, financial leasing, guarantee service, private capital investment, supply chain trading and other businesses. The guarantor, Tai'an Municipality Taishan Finance and Investment Group Co., Ltd., which is directly and wholly-owned by the Tai'an Finance Bureau, is a comprehensive investment and operating company in the PRC principally engaged in infrastructure construction, public utilities services, real estate sales, cableway business and financial leasing business.
