Dentons Hong Kong advised as underwriters international counsel and trustee counsel on New Town Construction Investment (Jizhou, Tianjin) Co., Ltd.'s successful issue of US$70 million 6.5% bonds due 2028. The bonds are listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The joint lead managers of the issue include Guoyuan Securities (Hong Kong) and China Zheshang Bank Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong Branch). The trustee of the deal is China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited.

New Town Construction Investment (Jizhou, Tianjin) Co., Ltd. has its business operations primarily conducted in Jizhou, Tianjin and the group's operation primarily consists of four major segments, namely, resettlement housing construction, infrastructure construction, land consolidation and sale of commercial property.
