Further to assisting in the placement of bonds in an aggregated amount of US$20,500,000 issued by the same issuer earlier in January 2025, Dentons Hong Kong advised as placing agents' international counsel on Weifang Guokong Development Group Co., Ltd.'s successful issue of CNY481,000,000 6.9% bonds due 2027. The bonds are listed on the Chongwa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange Co., Ltd. The placing agents of this issue include Harmonia Capital Limited, CNCB Capital, Donghai International, Excellent Tide Securities, HTF Securities, ICBC International, Pulun International, Shenwan Hongyuan Securities (H.K.), Soochow Securities (Hong Kong), Target Securities and Zhongtai International.

Weifang Guokong Development Group Co., Ltd. has its business operations primarily conducted in Weifang City, Shandong Province and the group's operation primarily consists of four major segments, namely, infrastructure construction, road maintenance, commodities trading and other businesses.
