Dentons Hong Kong advised EC Healthcare (醫思健康) (2138.HK) on its acquisition of 90% equity interest in Rising Gold Phoenix Limited ("Target Company") for a total consideration of HK$52.5 million.

EC Healthcare is a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands which, together with its subsidiaries, principally engages in the provision of medical services, aesthetic medical and beauty and wellness services, and veterinary and other services in the Greater China region. The Target Company is a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands which, through its subsidiaries, engages in the provision of (a) tailored skincare solutions and expert hair care solutions in Hong Kong and Macau; and (b) comprehensive cosmetic care solutions in Hong Kong.

The Dentons Hong Kong team was led by capital market partner and head of corporate finance Gordon Ng, along with managing associate Mike Kwok and legal assistant Man Fung Yeung.
