Charles focuses his practices on bond issuance, structured notes offering and liability management of corporate bonds for investment banks, securities firms, trustees or corporate issuers and bilateral loan, club deal and syndicated loan projects for commercial banks and corporate borrowers. He also has extensive experience in various types of Hong Kong or offshore fund formation for fund managers, asset management companies or family offices.
