Yuki Tsang is an associate in the Capital Markets practice, based in our Hong Kong office. She focuses her practice on corporate and commercial transactions. Her experience includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, franchises, pre-IPO investments and other general corporate and commercial transactions. She has also assisted a wide range of companies on their compliance and restructuring issues.
