Priscilla Chow is an associate in Dentons' Hong Kong office, and a member of the Corporate Finance team.

Priscilla's practice focuses on capital markets, corporate finance and commercial transactions. She has advised clients in a variety of industry sectors on transactions including IPOs on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, M&A, bond issues and other general corporate and commercial matters, as well as on legal and regulatory compliance issues.

Prior to joining Dentons, Priscilla worked at the Hong Kong office of a US law firm.

  • Advised an AI solutions provider across the advertising, marketing and human resources industries on its acquisition of a Hong Kong-based publisher trading desk with presence in Beijing and Sydney.
  • Advised a leading integrated FinTech group on its acquisitions of interests in a digital asset and cryptocurrency exchange based in Hong Kong and a blockchain asset private bank based in Singapore.
  • Advised an American luxury fashion holding company on the delisting of its depositary receipts from the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
  • Represented Pan-United Corporation Ltd. ("PanU") in connection with the de-merger of Xinghua Port Holdings Ltd. ("Xinghua"), a company incorporated in Singapore, from PanU and the listing of Xinghua on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of introduction.
  • Represented the sponsor and underwriters in the global offering and listing of shares of a leading building construction and civil engineering contractor in Hong Kong on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
  • Represented the sponsor and underwriters in the global offering and listing of shares of an IT infrastructure solutions provider on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
  • Represented the sponsor and underwriters in the listing of shares of an integrated printing service provider on GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of placing.
  • Represented an apparel supply chain management services provider in the listing of its shares on GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of share offer.
  • Represented the sponsor and underwriters of a freight forwarding and logistics service provider's IPO on GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
  • Acted for the subscriber in the issue and subscription of HK$165 million of senior guaranteed notes.
  • Acted for borrowers in respect of term loan facilities.
